The ICECATCH Solid Insulated Cool<\/strong> is a self-insulating cooling element with an integrated hydrophobic insulation layer. The way it works is simple and ingenious at the same time. The insulation layer prevents the radiant cold of the cooling element pre-tempered at -18\u00b0C from cooling the product space below +2\u00b0C. At the same time, the internal coolant reservoir only releases coolant with the desired coldness of +-0\u00b0C during the melting process. This washes around the insulation layer<\/strong>, ensuring that the product chamber temperature remains within the desired temperature range of +2\u00b0C to +8\u00b0C for a period of up to 120 hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A standard sets the benchmark<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The film composite that encloses the inside of our cooling elements consists of at least 50 percent “green polyethylene”. Unlike conventional plastic, which is made from petroleum or natural gas, the “green” plastic is made from the waste of sugar cane, by using waste from sugar cane, a new and sustainable alternative to standard polyethylene is offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
